These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between 999bt ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). 999bt is a trusted platform for online betting and casino entertainment in Bangladesh. By using our services, you confirm that you have fully read these terms and give your complete consent to abide by them.
The following words and phrases used in these terms carry the meanings given below:

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To create an account on 999bt and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
- You must operate the account in your own name, for your own benefit and entirely at your own discretion.
- Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
2.2 Registration Process
You must provide accurate personal information to register successfully. 999bt may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until identity verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
During registration you must create a strong password and keep it confidential. You are fully responsible for the security of your account.
3.1 Account Security
Your account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Updating Account Information
You must notify 999bt immediately of any changes to your personal information. 999bt will not be responsible for any problems arising from outdated or incorrect information. Changing your account name, date of birth or national identity information will require KYC verification.
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on 999bt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳300. No additional fee applies to deposits. Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
- If a deposit is delayed for any reason, contact the support team with your receipt.
- 999bt reserves the right to place a transaction on hold if there is any discrepancy in the deposit details.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A withdrawal request generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. A withdrawal will be approved only when the following conditions are met:
- KYC verification on the account must be completed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be put on hold during the investigation.
999bt may request additional identity documents during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide this information may delay the withdrawal.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- After earning the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
- Wagering to meet the requirement must be done on specified games — the wagering contribution is not the same across all games.
- The maximum bet amount placed using bonus balance must remain within the set limit.
- If multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, all associated accounts may be cancelled.
5.2 General Bonus Policy
999bt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any tactical or dishonest method used to earn a bonus is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious bonus activity, 999bt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account. Separate terms and conditions may apply to each individual promotion, which will be stated on the promotion page.
6.1 Bet Validity
A bet will be considered valid only when it has been successfully confirmed in the system and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the user's account. In the case of an incomplete bet due to network issues, the information saved in the system will be considered final.
- The outcome of each game is determined in an automated and impartial manner.
- 999bt reserves the right to correct any result displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- For cricket, football and other sports betting, the official result of the relevant match is final.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet is generally voided and the funds are returned.
6.2 Live Betting
Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If the odds change after a bet is submitted, the updated odds will apply or the bet may be voided. Attempting to take advantage of network delays in live betting is strictly prohibited.
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 999bt. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or dishonest means.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same person or household.
- Attempting to access another member's account or hacking.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the platform.
- Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.
- Spreading false information that damages the platform's reputation.
- Accessing from a restricted area using a VPN or proxy.
We monitor all activity and immediate action will be taken if suspicious behaviour is detected.

10.1 Closure at the Member's Request

- If any provision of these terms is breached.

If an account is closed, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided fraud is not proven during investigation.

- If loss occurs due to a fault of a third-party service provider (payment gateway, game provider).
- If a member's account is used by an unauthorized person due to the member's own negligence.
